1. Use of Site and Services

NotaTech | Notary Services provides professional mobile and online notary solutions to clients in Lee County and surrounding regions. By accessing our site or scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide truthful information and adhere to all applicable local and federal laws regarding document notarization.

2. Booking, Payments, and Privacy

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of online payment via our secure third-party processors. We collect essential data (name, contact, location) to facilitate services. We do not sell your personal information. Data security is maintained through encrypted transactions and strict internal protocols to protect your sensitive document information.

3. Cancellation and Expectations

We respect your time and ask for the same in return. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled mobile appointment for a full refund. For online bookings, rescheduling is permitted with appropriate notice. Failure to appear for a scheduled mobile appointment may result in a travel fee deduction from your refund.

4. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

A Notary Public is not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina. NotaTech | Notary Services is prohibited from providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, or accepting fees for legal consultations. Clients are responsible for understanding the contents and legal implications of the documents they present for notarization.

5. Limitation of Liability

NotaTech | Notary Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the notarization process or the refusal to notarize a document that does not meet legal requirements. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific notary service provided.

6. Governing Law

These terms and all services provided by NotaTech | Notary Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Lee County, NC.
